  Spot on!

  Great location, really clean and very comfortable. Literally didn't have to bring anything with us - perfect as this was a last minute, fleeting visit. Toiletries, towels, bed linen, tea, coffee... good WiFi! No complaints! Denizer was amazing and responded to my queries super fast. It was easy to find, good parking, and felt safe & secure.

  Avoid!

  Literally nothing, we moved out within 24 hours

  The flat is located in a horrible and shabby grey building. You enter through a very shabby, litter strewn entrance, into horrible smelly lifts and once you are in the flat, it smelled like it hadn't had any fresh air for ages. It is finished in the cheapest way possible. There was nothing that made it feel like this was special. A Travelodge would have been far nicer and far cheaper. The whole place was shabby. We all slept badly, depressed to be in such a horrible flat and I woke at 5am, knowing I couldnt stay for 3 nights. I messaged the host at 5.42am to complain, but heard nothing back until 8pm, by which time we had gone to stay in a cabin in a pub car park, which was much nicer than this place. He argued that I had stayed one night, that he felt it was reasonably furnished and wasnt prepared to offer any refund. I feel very stung by how bad the place was for the money I had spent.

  Business Trip

  Great communication from host throughout my stay. The apartment was stylish, clean, and exactly as shown in photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable business trip, with all local amenities conveniently nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Norfolk and would happily recommend this property to other guests. Thanks again for a great experience!

  One small suggestion for improvement would be to install a blind in the lounge, as it would provide a little more privacy and comfort, especially in the evenings.

  Excellent location and nicely presented inside the apartment.

  Location and the fact there was parking. Fantastic views across the city.

  How the approach and the communal areas looked. The car park was strewn with household litter and there was no signage and the lifts were unreliable.

  Clean property, modern furnishing and centrally located - had a fantastic stay!

  Clean property, modern furnishing and kitchen, very good wifi, centrally located within walking distance of all main attractions and pubs/restaurants, and convenient parking at the property, host easily reachable for questions

  Lifts didn't work initially on arrival but seemed to work ok from then onwards.
