Прекрасные апартаменты с видом на Арарат, любовались каждое утро и вечер! Очень понравилось расположение, рядом с центром и всеми достопримечательностями, магазины прямо в доме, работают до 1-2 ч ночи, что очень выручило, так как рейс задержали и мы заехали поздно. Заселение бесконтактное с очень подробными инструкциями, хозяин квартиры всегда на связи. Радушный и внимательный, подсказал какие места и рестораны стоит посетить. В квартире есть все необходимое, пребывание было максимально комфортным! Спасибо большое! Однозначно, рекомендую для проживания!

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no le falta de nada, el lugar está muy buen ubicado, y las vistas al monte Ararat son impresionantes, debo también mencionar que me olvidé un objeto personal y el dueño hizo lo posible para dármelo, de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en Booking.

Great apartment
The accommodation is exceptionally well located — you can easily walk to all the main attractions. On the ground floor there are two shops where you can find everything you need, one of them being open until 2 a.m., which is very convenient. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We felt wonderful during our 4-day stay. The view from the balcony is amazing! The host was very kind and gave us great recommendations for places to visit as well as several excellent restaurants. If we return to Yerevan, we will definitely stay here again.
