    The location to what we went for, parking also near a fabulous Italian restaurant. Opposite the park as it was great to go for a walk and we had the view of the park from our room. Bryan was fantastic as we had to change our date of accommodation 👍👍

    Dusty property & not clean

    The location was convenient.

    The entire property was very dusty, there was a lot of hair on the bed and bathroom floor. It looked like the bed was not cleaned. All the items had dust on them. I have sinus and my stay was ruined. I would've left the property if I saw the hair all over the bed, it was too late. I was disgusted.

    Nice location. Very clean. Good value for money

    Components of the building and house felt quite dated. The shower head was broken (or very difficult to tighten) and the doors getting into the building were a bit of a punish

    Would definitely stay again .. so many perks .. and Bryan was lovely

    How fast the manager made contact and the beautiful gardens across the road.

    The floors were a little creaky but that's the only complaint. It was lovely.

    we booked for 5 adults but 1 had to sleep on couch as the pull out trundle was for a child
