    Location is good for west part of London, close to Hyde park, close to the station The price is affordable Bed linen were clean

    1. The sofa bed had used napkins, used cotton swabs and other rubbish inside it, it also had some yellow stains on it, the mattress was sagged 2. The quality sofa bed was poor, sleeping on it was uncomfortable 3. The garden was not looked after, leaves were everywhere, I had to clean the yard myself 4. The bed mattress in the 5. There were many mosquitos and flies that went into the flat

    Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay needs a bit of TLC in places but great value for money in London right near shepherds Bush tube station . Was easy to commute to and from a concert in Hyde park . Loads of food and drink places for all budgets within a short walk .

    No proper shower facilities but we managed with what we had
