    Very modern cottage excellent for Peak District exploration

    Very modern, well appointed, clean property in a fabulous location to explore the Peak District.

    If you’re asthmatic ask for extra cleaning as my asthma was set off by dog hairs not properly vacuumed under the beds. The heating is controlled by PIN on the nest by the owner; any holiday makers renting the property should have full control of the heating. Main bedroom bed has lots of springs - the mattress needs replacing.

    Enjoyable 3 night stay.

    Location was good to get to Alton towers. Free Wifi & TV with Netflix etc. Plenty of cups/glasses cutlery, everything you need to cook with.

    The cottage was difficult to find. We got help from a neighbour who was able to show us where it was. The cottage is quite small (height wise) because of coombe ceilings. Had to remember to duck when washing your hands etc, Very busy road so it was noisy all day/night with lorries passing through.

    Cosy retreat

    Brilliant location, very clear instructions in file for equipment. Downstairs was lovely and cool even with the soaring temperatures
