So Much Potential to be a Really Good Place
Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking for three cars. Close to an excellent breakfast Cafe and Rt. 77
Lights in the living room were not dimmable and they were very very bright. Thank goodness there was one standing lamp that could be used instead of overhead lights. Insufficient wine glasses and utensils for six people. No bureaus or luggage racks in two of the three bedrooms which meant suitcases had to be on the floor. That's a bummer for older folks. Bathrooms are tiny. No anti-slip tread or grab bars in showers. No body soap or shampoo. All of these problems are pretty easily fixable, in which case the owners would have a delightful place to host guests in a quiet neighborhood close to several amenities.

Charlotte Rental
The house was clean, spacious, a good value, and located near a park that was perfect for walking my dog. The host was also polite and responsive. If I was in the Charlotte area, I would stay here again.
The only downside is that the location is outside the city center. It was fine for my needs, but it is a bit of a drive to reach downtown.
