    Property was clean, warm and cosy.

    Kitchen was missing some essentials like a can opener but otherwise was equipped for most needs. Beds were a little uncomfortable with worn springs and seemed towards the end of their lives but accommodation was otherwise comfortable.

    The kids loved the place, it is within walking distance from the train station and it was clean

    The location of the Property, in a quiet neighborhood,

    I think the house cleaning policy needs to be adjusted. They did mention that they clean and change towels once every two weeks, but that is quite long a period. this needs to be shortened for long stays.

    It was a very new, fresh and modern house that was very clean. It had many conveniences (two washrooms, good wifi, streaming services, dishwasher, laundry, etc.) The location was quiet and a short walk to the train station which made travel from the location very convenient. I would highly recommend this property for visitors to Luton.

    The locks and keys to the doors, particularly the back door were difficult to master. We spent upwards of fifteen minutes sometimes trying to either exit or enter the house at the back. The front door took less effort. Also, it was not clear how to operate the climate controls in the house. The weather was very warm most days so we just ended up keeping the windows open at night.
