    Quirky fun decor, well equipped amd great communication with hosts

    It was deceptively spacious inside, very well equipped with an interesting, quirky and fun decor. A cute twin room for kids and a lovely small outside space. Plenty of towels and nice to have some milk, tea, coffee and snacks provided. Liked the lighting, lots of options...lamps, spotlights, sidelight. Communication from host was great.

    The beds/bedlinen wasn't particularly comfortable and the sofa had collapsed. The shower control to adjust water temperature initially got stuck so water was too hot. Too many air fresheners everywhere although the place did smell damp.

    Ok for a short stay in Exeter.

    It was well equipped, comfortable and it was easy to walk to the Quays for a drink, or into Exeter. It was big enough for 4 of us.

    The decor was off putting as was all the fake foliage. The back yard wasn’t as shown in the photos as it’s largely taken up by a shed. The property felt a little run down and unloved, as did the immediate area around the house. I felt it was expensive for the quality of the fixtures/fittings.

    Fantastic. A comfy, easy stay.

    The house was great, clean and comfortable (beds included), with a useful outside space. The coffee machine was a tremendous bonus for coffee lovers!

    Minor gripes - we found the art quite masculine and a little off-putting. It would be good to make the lower keysafe inoperable, I was confused by it.
