    Great location, close to Putney and East Putney stations. Plenty of food options. Quiet. Good kitchen facilities. Both rooms have ensuites.

    In need of maintenance. Constant dripping tap in kitchen, mould in showers, one bed made a loud noise from a spring which meant two people couldn't sleep in the bed. Sofa bed is covered in stains. We contacted the owner who didn't seem very interested in our concerns.
