Location is good and Decent place to stay.
Location is good. Getting faster reply from owner.
House and amenities are old. Basic things are not available like shower gel. Doors are old and making noise and difficult to close.

Unsere Mitarbeiter waren in dieser Wohnung untergebracht und waren laut eigener Aussage sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wirkt neu und gepflegt. Auch die Lage hat unseren Mitarbeitern sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft – wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. 😊

Because of these unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to leave immediately.

We experienced several major issues during our brief stay, which were particularly critical traveling with young children (including a 1-year-old toddler): > Unsanitary Floor Conditions: The property was very poorly cleaned. The dirty floors posed a direct safety and health hazard for our 1-year-old toddler, who kept picking up dirty debris. > Broken Dishwasher & Odor: The dishwasher was completely non-functional, filled with stagnant water that produced a foul smell throughout the area. > Toilet Maintenance: The toilet had a severe, persistent odor, and the door was damaged/nearly broken. > Missing Curtains on Second Floor: The second-floor windows had no curtains or blinds, flooding the room with light and forcing our family awake at 5:30 AM.

Ok, mehr Sauberkeit wäre schön.
Schöne Einrichtung. Unkompliziert. Gute Lage, neben dem Zoo. Gute Parking Möglichktein. Viel Platz.
Mit der Sauberkeit bin ich leider nicht ganz zufrieden - es gab Krümmel in den Schränken, viel Staub, wir haben Socken und Unterhosen in den Schränken und unter dem Bett gefunden. Komische Gerüche kommen aus dem Badezimmer. Gardinen fehlten teilweise. Geschirrspülmaschine war voll Wasser und hat sehr komisch gerochen.
