Smoking inside the property—including through open windows—is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a £250 fee, which covers the cost of additional cleaning and any potential damage caused. Before smoking, please ensure the apartment door is fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the property. This helps us maintain a clean and fresh environment for future guests. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of responsibly in the ashtray or disposal box provided. Any damage caused by cigarette butts, ash, or related materials will be charged accordingly.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). The apartment is located in the 3rd floor with no elevator.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Nice flat, good location. Ideal if you want to eat out all the time.

    Nice roomy accommodation. Comfy beds

    No dishwasher tablets, tea towels or oven gloves. Contacted owner only to be told the tea towel was hung on the oven door and dishwasher tablets were under the sink, which was not correct. We went to the nearby Asda to purchase. The flat does not overlook the marina, just a lot of other flats, the road and a small area of water used by the Newhaven scuba diving club!

    Great location, comfortable accommodation with very good facilities

    Did not like the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment Did not like the trouble we had to go to to get the passes for the barrier - they were not where we were told they would be Did not like that the key to the outside of our building stopped working, having to send 2 videos to prove it & then having to get security to let us in at 11pm - or the other suggestion was to randomly ring a doorbell to be let in - despite notifying the office of the issue at 4pm Did not like having to find the number of security to be let in as the information I was given didn't work.

    Poor and disappointing stay - unclean on arrival and unsafe bedroom window

    Kitchen was practical and modern

    The Bed was uncomfortable and pillows (The previous reviews have reflected this) Not clean on arrival and the window was stuck open all night in the kids bedroom. Several emails sent, poor communication Still not resolved-will not be returning the this place
