    A lovely apartment in a great location. We would definitely stay again.

    The location and the views from the apartment. The owner provided a baby cot at our request, which we were very grateful for.

    Only minor wear and tear aspects of the furniture I.e carpets.

    Disappointing Condition for a Luxury Condo

    The view was very good, and having supermarkets and restaurants just downstairs was very convenient.

    Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the property. The kitchen had a significant pest problem, as we saw cockroaches every day, particularly near the washing machines, and also in both bathrooms. Oil was also dripping from the rangehood filters onto the cooktop, indicating poor maintenance. Overall cleanliness was below expectations. The sofa, cushions, and carpet had visible stains and marks. Both bathrooms had yellow staining under the toilet seats. The ensuite ventilation fan was covered in dust, and drain flies were present, with many dead flies found inside the drawer under the sink. There were also maintenance issues. Water pressure was low, and water often accumulated on the bathroom floor after showering due to slow drainage. Power outlets in the master bedroom were loose, causing plugs to fall out. The property advertises EV parking with a charging station, but the charger is located in the shopping centre car park rather than the guest overnight parking area, which was not clearly stated. Overall, given the price paid, there are many other accommodation options available that offer a better standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

    I love the neighbourhood there, feels like I wasn’t in Sydney because the area itself had its own community and my kids

    The view was amazing!! I wanted to live there because of the views!

    The bed wasn’t comfy enough
