Worst ever in my life
Nothing! Terrible experience
Everything! The apartment smells of sewers, it’s dirty, there is mold and it doesn’t feels safe. From the start the instructions get you immediately nervous with the online video you need to watch otherwise you would not be able to find the place. Stairs climbing up and then double doors NY style. Then you enter and immediately smell the sewers from the bathroom, I will let the picture show the dirtiness of the bathroom. There are stains on the sofas, they should throw the rug away, there is a bunch of junk all around the apartment that the pictures didn’t show. Nice make up artist photographer they hired. The windows cannot be darkened. There are pubs on the street so you will also get food smells and noise. I complained immediately and had to leave the place. They didn’t try to respond and help nor refund. I had to find an another apartment, which turned out to be perfect for the same price. Overall, I should’ve researched better, but booked just two days prior of the arrival, because you can see the other reviews that same problems over time and they just don’t care to fix problems. Therefore probably they pay for advertising and better reviews. Terrible experience!

El parking que nunca existió.
La ubicación excelente, con las salvedades que apunto a continuación.
Clarisimamente, la información falsa sobre el parking. En el alojamiento pone que hay Parking en el alojamiento, y es COMPLETAMENTE FALSO. Cuando preguntas como accedes al parking, viniendo en coche, te salen con un listado de parkings de pago cercanos al alojamiento. Es lo que hicimos al final, abonando treinta euros diarios por el servicio. Algo que se asume siendo una ciudad y haciendo turismo en ella, pero que el alojamiento debería especificar. Por ejemplo, decir que no tienen Parking pero ofrecer esa información para beneficio del cliente. No darte la información de Parking públicos cuando les preguntas como llegar al parking que supuestamente ellos te han ofrecido como incluido en el precio, y que es una de las razones por las cuales hicimos esa reserva. Ojo, el acceso al alojamiento no es precisamente estimulante aunque es una constante, visto lo visto, de estos países. Da igual lo cuidado que este el propio alojamiento, que el acceso a el es una gincana de apartar cubos de basura, subir escaleras cochambrosas y abruptas, y moverte por pasadizos y zonas propias de una buena película de gangsters de serie B.
