    Modern, great location, loud bars

    The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and spotless. The kitchen had almost everything you could need — utensils, dish soap, a broom, and bathroom supplies. On the surface, it seems like a great stay. However, the noise situation is a major issue. Three different bars nearby blast music almost every night (except Monday and Tuesday). On weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday, it’s so loud you’d think a live band is performing right outside. After two weeks of disrupted sleep, it became exhausting. If rest is important to you, this may not be the right place.

    Wonderful apartment for what you pay for.

    Breakfast was not included in the stay

    More toilet paper in the suite. Also a couple of more towels if you have guests staying for 7 days. The apartments are located across an abandoned building, so stepping out to the balcony isnt the most aesthetically pleasing, however the price compensates for this. Though 52nd street (calle) is super safe and quiet. Note the taco stand at the corner of 52 and 10th, wow the street tacos there are amazing!

    Very good

    Location was good around the corner from Quinta Avenida but in the quiet side. Beautiful well decorated suite and we loved the bathroom setup.

    The view from the apartment was a very sketchy abandoned building full of graffiti.
