    Lovely flat in a not so desirable area. Wouldn’t stay here again due to feeling unsafe.

    Well equipped, comfy bed. Location/distance to my place of work, perfect for my needs.

    Had zero sleep due to works being done outside of the property. Also for full transparency….the property is on top of a chemist where the local crackheads come to get their Methadone. And then hang about selling it on. The main door was constantly being left unlocked which made me feel quite nervous in the property at night…(lone female).

    Exceptional

    Easy check-in process. Staff checked how things was going. Really clean and had everything I needed. Booked last minute due to being let down by someone else and they had everything ready for me straight away.

    Great location

    The location was great, the apartment was nicely furnished, had everything we needed, and a lot of colourfull details. The wifi worked great, they had netflix. They answered any questions quickly, and the key/code-solution was seamless.

    It was pretty clean, but I did find a condom wrapper and a bottle of lube by/under the bed. Eww. Didn't have a hairdryer available. We knew before we booked that a cot was not available, so the baby slept with me in the big bed. They said there was a sleeper couch available in the living room area, but they do not provide bedding for it, so this apartment is not really a good option for two grown people (not a couple) + a child.
