    Pontos de melhoria

    As pastilhas no interior do box do banheiro estavam com muito bolor, o ar condicionado muito barulhento e impossível de dormir com ele ligado, a imagem da televisão com listras e impossível de assistir e os sachês para a banheira não fazem espuma. Suíte 27.

    Destaque, recepção atenciosa, limpeza do local, o que não gostei, em função do clima frio só tinha um lençol fino, resumindo pessei frio!

    Não tinha frigobar. O quarto estava limpo, mas a hidromassagem soltou sujeira e papel quando ligamos, eca.

    Bom, mas ainda faltam detalhes importantes

    A sauna não funcionou, não solicitamos a troca pois já havíamos chegado há um bom tempo. A parte dos chuveiros estava bastante suja com manchas no chão, restos de sabonetes ressecados e despedaçados e muitos cabelos espalhados. A banheira de hidromassagem tinha produtos de limpeza nela ainda.
