  For the amount of money we paid, this was an absolutely disappointing experience. We would never stay here again and can

  Suarga Padang Padang is a beautiful property, and the location and views from the pool are undoubtedly its highlights. Unfortunately, for us, that is where the positives largely ended.

  We paid for an ocean-view room, only to find the view obstructed. Breakfast was limited, with extra charges for additional options and coffee with the exception of a Bali coffee. I asked for a bucket of ice and was told I needed to pay for it. The pool experience was particularly disappointing: after leaving our beds for just 20 minutes to return to our room, my belongings had been moved behind the bar and our beds given to outside guests. The advertised sunset drinks area doesn’t offer a view of the sunset. For the price, we expected much better service and value for money. Sadly, we left disappointed

  We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

  The Location was amazing. Felt very private. Staff were amazing. Breakfast YUM!

  There’s no Kettle in the room, very lost without my morning cuppa Somewhere to sit in the villa would have been nice too as when your inside there’s no where to sit especially when the mosquito net is around the bed

  PARFAIT ! Au début j’appréhendais beaucoup car je voyais quand même des avis négatifs mais tout était super tout était propre. La piscine avec vue sur mer magnifique c’était calme et un très bon emplacement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, le personnel était super sympa Massage, magnifique également. En tout cas c’est sûr que je reviendrai lors de mon prochain Séjour à Bali. Beaucoup se plaignait des singes mais moi au contraire j’ai trouvé ça super chou c’est ce qu’il fait la beauté de Bali ! les singes venaient seulement le matin rôder autour de la maison mais le personnel s’en occupe comme il peut pour les faire partir. En tout cas je les ai vu seulement le matin, ils étaient pas autour de la piscine

  המיקום משגע הנוף בחתי נתפ? ממש הארכיטקטורה והמבנה של המלון ממש עוצרי נשימה

  תחושה של חוסר נדיבות. הכל הכל עולה כסף (והרבה) תוספת גבינה בארוחת בוקר בתשלום תוספת קפוצינו בתשלום תה בחדר- אין קומקום ואם מזמינים זה בתשלום. על עצם ההבאה לחדר תשלום נוסף. מחתימים אותך בכניסה שלא תכניס אוכל או שתיה מבחוץ(מותר רק בתוך התיק ישר לחדר) שזה הגיוני ברמת העיקרון אבל אף פעם לא נתקלתי במצב שמחתימים אותי שאם אכניס אוכל או שתיה לאיזורים המשותפים יהיה לי קנס. חבל. המלון ממש מקסים והצוות ממש אדיב ונעים ומסייע. זו מדיניות לא נעימה. גם אורחים אחרים במלון דיברו איתי על זה..

  Great views and staff.

  The view was fantastic and the property was very stylish.

  The lack of air con in the bathrooms and open to insects crawling in. I understood the concept but for the price didn’t really get it. Didnt include coffees made by a machine as part of breakfast, a bit petty and another excuse to charge extra.
