La propreté laisse à désirer : moustiquaire dégoûtante et serviettes de toilette tachées, salle de bain sale et très sombre. Hôtel en bordure de route, beaucoup trop bruyant au restaurant (ouvert sur la route). On a testé le spa de l'hôtel, n'y allez pas! Serviettes de l’appui tête sales et déjà utilisées sans doute par plusieurs clients (cheveux, taches...). La pièce était également dégoûtante et il y avait plein d'insectes (fourmis, guêpe...).

Nos alojamos 4 noches en una villa con piscina para nuestra luna de miel y la experiencia fue maravillosa. Tuvieron el precioso detalle de decorar la villa para la ocasión. Disfrutamos de desayuno flotante yl masaje balinés. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos guardaron el equipaje y nos limpiaban la habitación todos los días. Los desayunos estaban deliciosos, ¡y las hamburguesas también! El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica con muchísimos restaurantes alrededor y un servicio de lavandería justo enfrente. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso de nuestra luna de miel. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial!

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Ubud!
Het was een mooi domein, de luxe van een privé zwembad en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel
Het is een mooi domein maar de hygiëne en het onderhoud kunnen veel beter. En dat is jammer, als dit onderhouden en proper gehouden zou worden was dit een top resort!
