  Comfortable Studio at Convenient Location with Full Amenities

  (Stayed here previously under Suasana, now staying here again under Summertime; different management) (Suasana more like hotel; Summertime more like airbnb) (1. Parking is at Zenith/ Amari/ Suasana [all same entrance] 2. Parking is LPR, no more ticket 3. Check-in is via Whatsapp to Summertime [get no. from receptionist] ) + Sheltered parking inside building + Summertime Whatsapp is responsive = Checked in within 5 mins of messaging the no. = Issues and questions about the room all resolved promptly within 10 mins + Unit is clean + Unit is spacious + Unit is well-lit + Unit is modern + TV is clear, fast and smart + Aircond is cold + Bed is comfortable + Elevators are sufficiently fast (for a 40 floor building) + Swimming pool sufficient long and deep for relax or exercise + Gym sufficient equipment for exercise (free weights, lats, shoulders/ chest, quads/hams, treadmills). Honestly, pretty comprehensive for its size + Easily walkable to malls Komtar/ JB City Square = Use the pedestrian crossing and wait for light please, saw a man nearly kena langgar as he run last minute + Slept comfortably

  - Felt anxious no physical person to talk to in emergency = At hotels, at least you can engage with receptionist. At airbnb, if the person just decide to ignore me, there is nothing I can do. Thankfully, they are very quick to respond to all messages. Currently, service is excellent. - Bath area floods = Not sure if it is the flooring uneven or the drainage poor

  Basic but gross

  Spacious, aircon was cold

  Security lock on the door was broken, freezer couldn’t even freeze ice cubes overnight, kettle was rusted and mouldy inside, water jug was brown and yellow stained, shower head was mouldy, no shower curtain so entire bathroom floods during showers, towels all frayed and worn, pillowcase and blankets stained, common areas all smell like a public toilet, front desk is actually for another operator so not helpful at all
