    Warm & welcoming with a touch of whimsy!

    We had a wonderful stay at the Subiaco Heritage Gem! The communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The home is full of character, with a beautiful heritage feel and plenty of quirky charm that makes it stand out from a standard stay. It was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic—close to cafés, shops, parks, and everything Subiaco has to offer, while still being peaceful and relaxing. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, comfortable place with a great atmosphere and an attentive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    Water pressure in shower could be a bit better.

    Great stay but needs some things improved.

    Loved the location and close to many cafes and shops. Beautiful just walking around the neighbourhood. Communication was excellent.

    Second bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and old. Needs replacing. Have relayed this to the owner. Could not sit out the front to relax because of constant traffic( Didn't know it was a main road) .Back not set up well to sit outside if it is a warm day. Needs some shading.
