  Great property with car parking in great location

  The property was clean, had all the amenities we needed including parking for the car. Close to public transport making get around easy and a 15 minute walk to Westfield Burwood.

  Little things-No plug for the kitchen sink. The one provided is the plug for the bath and it really didn’t fit. I contacted regarding this but nothing was done. And I would have liked a potato masher.

  The beds were very good. Kitchen needs a bit of work.

  I like that is was a short drive to the Sydney Olympic pool.

  The challenge in get information to access the property. It is in a very noisy location so if you are not good with noise this is not for you. My biggest issue was the step but not a step just outside the bedroom, it’s a tripping hazard, I nilly had a couple of bad falls due to tripping up it. I have a muscle strain around my ribs from saving myself from faceplanting on the floor. Something need to be done here. They could end up in loads of trouble if someone takes a bad fall because of it.

  Location was great , included free parking If you plan on eating out and spending little to ni tine at accomodation and don’t care where you lay your head for a few hours it’s perfect ,

  Wasn’t very clean and seems tired and in need of update, there was items of clothing left behind from previous guest under the sofa and under cushions. Would benefit from more comfortable lounge to sit and relax on , not really a place where you can relax especially if there’s a few of you. No smart TV and No air con , just very old extremely noisy fans in each room - again extension cords and power banks everywhere. Limited electrical outlets had to have extension cords everywhere , the bathroom full of mould and bathroom door hanging off - bathroom light not working so they had a floor lamp plugged into a power bank instead - very unsafe in a bathroom , bathroom also doubled as laundry washer drier plugged into power bank s extension cords everywhere - needs to have correct power sockets installed for safety in bathrooms - surely this can’t be compliant - kitchen - the dishes and cutlery where dirty also was not equipped well . I travelled with young people so wanted to cook something - very limited in kitchen with only one oven tray / and items to make this easy. No larger plates or bowls .

  Great location for our needs and clean and tidy, Apartment above had noisy tenants.

  Property was clean and tidy.

  Very noisy neighbours in the morning with a kid running around upstairs from 5:30am for an hour and a half, and also the following morning at 2am when 8 to 10 guys came home from a night out returning to the unit above and made so much noise they woke everyone up including other residence of the building.
