Ok apartment, close to stores & restaurants. A bit far from the main city & attractions

Location was ok. We thought it was in the main city in lisbon. We used taxi most of the time as the main city & attractions are a bit far from here. The host let us leave our luggages in their hotel whis was in a different lovation(about 10mins walk) But the location of the apartment was ok as the grocery store is like 8minutes walk. There are restaurants & cafe nearby too.

The elevator was too small, only fits 1person w/ 1 luggage or max 2 persons squeezed side to side. Most host are flexible about checkin time if possible but this host was not flexible at all about the checkin time so if you have plans to come early it is not recommended for you to stay here. We asked if we could come early as it was too hot outside, they said they will let us know but never replied We came to the apartment 5mins earlier 14:55 but was not allowed to come in as we had to wait exactly 15:00 as the codes won’t work because they have to manually fix the system at the exact checkin in time at 3pm before the codes can work. When we came inside, the whole apartment was super hot and the aircondition in our room doesn’t work. We tried fixing and it did not work. The host said they will send a technician but the lady who came over after 1hr had no idea hot to use the aircondition either. After trying everything(turning off all electricity,on/off etc we were able to find out ourselves how to turn on the aorcondition then maybe 2minutes after that another “manly technician” came but the AC was ok already. So we did not have aircondition in that really hot weather for more than 2hrs so it was so bad. The other apartment we booked doesn’t have blower but they sent a new one. When the sofa bed is open there wasn’t really much space to walk to but it was ok since we were mostly out and stayed there only at night and before we leave in the morning. I think they’re looking at the cameras in the hallway as we left the apartment on checkout day around 6clock in the morning and the moment we left they sent a message immediately to inform them if we already left the apartment for check out which was a bit uncomfortable as they were very strict about checkin and wont even let you stay 10minutes earlier but was very adamant about you checking out early.
