  Top locatie, ligt 1km van het strand, er zijn verschillende restaurants in de buurt, het huis biedt alle comfort, prachtige tuin met mooi zwembad. Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen beschikbaar en 2 buiten eetplaatsen. Huis heeft 3 volwaardige slaapkamers en 2 aparte badkamers inclusief WC. Zijn heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Persoonlijk ontvangst bij aankomst en kregen duidelijke uitleg over het huis.

  Ligt aan een drukke straat. Er rijden regelmatig bussen voorbij.

  Excellent villa!

  The villa is absolutely brilliant and suited our group of 5 perfect. Outside the property the pool is a nice size and the outdoor grill area was a big bonus, inside it's clean and has all the features you will need, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. Sebastian the villa manager has been excellent throughout and maintained good communication with us, we were made to feel incredibly welcome.

  Rooms could have done with their own small bins but otherwise perfect

  Prachtig en prima villa perfect 👌

  Prachtige villa met alles erop en eraan en mooi zwembad mooi aangelegd tuin en zeer vriendelijk gastheer die goed voor ons zorgde met drank eieren brood enz perfect

  Douche een beetje aan kleine kant maar we hebben ons goed kunnen redden 👍

  We had a lovely family holiday in October with temps in the high twenties .

  Self catering some basics in fridge and fresh fruit .No milk though. .Freshly baked bread and eggs were provided mid week from the owner. and a little Greek gift was left at the end of our stay.The billa was beautiful with lovely grounds and pool.Plenty of outside seating , a small playground and even orange and lemon trees. At the back of the villa was a large wood burning BBQ complete with adjacent sink. The beds were the most comfy we have ever experienced in a holiday home.Also all of the windows had fine mesh to prevent mosquitoes getting in..The aircon was effective anf there external blinds .The situation is quiet with a ten minute walk to beach and amenities..

  We had trouble finding the villa as we had no SatNav in the hire car. Some good local written directions would have been helpful.and would have saved us going round in circles trying to find it late at night. Also there was no tourist information including nearest supermarket and pharmacy . A local street map of Kolymbia would have been useful so we went to reception at a nearby hotel and they gave us a map and other information. Usually there is a folder with information in the holiday .I hope they will provide one for future guests
