    Absolutely perfect.

Very clean! Like new feeling. Micah at the marina was always above and beyond!!! The user roof parking for the hotel portion is great as the Keys sun will cook everything! Marina opens at 7AM which is perfect.

Open the breakfast dining earlier, as most there are fishing and gone by 8AM.
