insgesammt waren wir sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns für die schöne Unterkunft
dierekt neben einem convenience store; angenehme wohnung; bequemes check-in und check-out
toilette und esszimmer war sehr eng; zu fuß ca. eine Stunde von dontobori entfernt; wenn man die fenster öffnet, dann ist es wegen der straße draußen laut

It's nice to have a whole apartment for me and my couple. There's a train station close by and a couple of supermarkets/konbinis.
The place is really tight. The whole bathroom was really small and umonfortable to use, since it's a small property, each of the rooms are on a diferent floor and the stairs are tight to carry big luggage. The place do have a kitchen with basic tools (such as cups, and a small pan) but won't even supply courtesy tea, cooking oil or even salt. Finally, the AC in the kitchen smelled bad as well as the bathroom for some reason.

Value for money.
Very close to Lawson and the nearby park was beautiful specially on Sakura season. Nearby train and tram stations.
Broken bed panel for the outlet.
