    Das Sui Tetti Di Balarm liegt ruhig im Herzen der Altstadt von Palermo. Die Lage und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war top sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse über die Dächer von Palermo ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Es besteht die Möglichkeit außerhalb der ZTL Zone in einem beachten Parkhaus zu parken. Von dort läuft man mit Koffer ungefähr 15 Minuten bis zum Sui Tetti Di Balarm.

    Fantastic location and a lovely property - I’d definitely stay again if I ever go back to Palermo.

    Lovely room with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic location too - only a 10 minute walk from the train station and the rooms are located pretty much in the middle of everything you want to see. Everything worked ok in the room & the hot tub was a nice addition.

    Being on the top floor you have to walk downstairs to the shared fridge - no big issue but it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep a bottle of water during the night.

    Very tasteful decor in apartment and the whole hotel, communal lounge room and terrace also great spot to have your morning coffee. Location is in the centre of the historic city- easy to get to main attractions by walking. Roberta is taking excellent care of her guests. We will definitely be back to stay there again ♥️

    Nice stay

    Location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to visit, and handy for the station too. Room was well done up and had a decent amount of space. Roberta was very responsive on WhatsApp.

    WiFi was v unstable, we gave up and used our 5G instead. Would have preferred water and coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs for it.
