Hotel decadente e mal administrado
O preço das diárias é bom e o quarto que fiquei era bem amplo.
Apesar de possuir uma estrutura boa, o hotel é mais antigo. A impressão que tive é que ele está sendo mal administrado. Os funcionários da recepção são mal informados e vi alguns se vestindo de qualquer jeito, usando chinelo, sem qualquer constrangimento. Chegamos e ninguém ofereceu ajuda com as malas. Havia uma goteira grande no nosso andar que deixou o chão molhado por várias horas e ninguém fez nada. Um dia desligaram o sistema de água fria sem qualquer aviso e água quente do chuveiro estava pelando. A colcha de cama estava suja. A sala de jogos é morta, porque cobram 5 reais por cada ficha dos brinquedos. Ninguém utiliza. Fora isso a área da piscina merecia uma reforna, pois é muito antiquada. Tinha tudo pra ser um verdadeiro resort.

Value. Also hotel staff helped to arrange tours to Iguazu falls Brazilian and Argentinian side
The noise from outside of the room. Other guests in the corridor would speak loudly or shout. And the children from the neighboring room would bang on walls, shout late evening
