    Comfortable, very clean and stylish, dog-friendly and very helpful staff.

    Excellent, modern and very clean room with fantastic en-suite bathroom. Everything worked well and was comfortable, warm and a lovely place to stay and to come back to after a day exploring. Very well presented and comfortable room and great facilities. Very dog friendly and even a welcome back for the dogs. Having the pub on site was a real bonus too!

    Nothing. There isn't anything about our stay that could be faulted. It really was all great!

    What a great place! Perfect location. Well worth a visit.

    Clean, modern, amazing pub and restaurant, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, spacious rooms, superb bathroom and shower……I could go on!

    I expected much better

    Property was close to the four waterfall walk

    Hotel is too close to the main road. Room fixtures were relatively new but kind of cheap and there was no desk: hence I could not use my laptop. The heating in the bathroom did not work and it was cold. The restaurant was disappointing: on the first night I was told I could not book a table for dinner as there was a wedding going on. I did book a table for 7pm on the second night but, when I went there on time, I was told there was no table for me and that I had to wait till one became available; I ended up leaving because it would have taken too long; note that I did see that there were two tables still free in the restaurant but the staff refused to seat me on those as they had apparently been reserved for someone else. I think this treatment was not fair as I was a guest of the hotel, I had booked earlier and I should have had priority in line with what is advertised on booking.com.

    Perfect stop off if you’re exploring the Brecons

    Excellent location, beautifully decorated and comfortable, close to the pub for dining and breakfast. Such friendly, helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
