    Comfortable and spacious

The apartment is very large and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Air conditioning works very well and the check in was easy.

Kitchen is not very well equipped and the hot water is warm at best.

    Quirky Fabulousness!

The location was excellent, very close to St Mark's Square but without the price tag. The apartment itself was just fabulous, very quirky very Venice and huge! Absolutely loved it. If you expect clean lines and square edges, this isnt the place for you. If you want character, personality and something familiarly nostalgic pick this one.... The hosts were very quick to respond. Excellent communications. Couldn't of had a better stay in this beautiful city.

Hard to find, but I think everything is hard to find in Venice. The hosts were on hand on the end of the phone to guide us in.
