Even with a few issues, we would rent here again. Owner responded quickly and seemed to care about our needs.
The location was great
Our whole bathroom flooded with the first shower. It was attended to and repaired promptly but should have been done BEFORE we arrived. There are no curtains to block 24 hour outdoor lighting making sleep VERY difficult. The meet and greet directions left a lot to be desired.

Escapada familiar
La zona donde está es un barrio tranquilo, alejado del bullicio turístico; hay cerca algunos supermercados, fruterías, y locales donde comer o beber algo. Es amplio, tiene todo para la cocina, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavadora y lavavajillas. El sofá cama si se mantiene abierto ocupa parte de la cocina, pero permite dormir a 1-2 personas mas. Nos atendieron muy bien por WhatsApp, para darnos indicaciones de todos los detalles.
El precio si nos pareció caro (224€ la noche para tres personas). De resto ninguna pega.

Location eccezionale per visitare la Biennale.
Posizione fantastica. Confortevole e accogliente. Eccellente comunicazione e disponibilità degli host. Prezzo ragionevole, e a Venezia non è poco.
Pulizia perfettibile. Spazi scomodi se in più di due persone o con difficoltà di deambulazione, altrimenti perfetti.

A konyhai eszközök hiányát leszámítva, egy csodálatos, minőségi szálláshely, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel
Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a negyed kiemelkedő részén, közel mindenhez, de mégis egy nyugodt, csendes zsákutcában. Pár lépésre megtalálhatóak boltok, bárok, éttermek. A Biennálé mindkét helyszíne szintén pár száz méteren belül. Ízlésesen felújított lakás, minőségi bútorokkal, makulátlan tisztaság.
A konyha felszereltsége sajnos sok kívánnivalót hagy maga után, aki szeretne főzni, az kérdezzen rá foglalás előtt, hogy milyen eszközök találhatók az apartmanban. Fontos, hogy tapasztalatunk szerint leginkább két főnek ajánlott, hárman már kicsit szűkös, négy személy részére alkalmatlan.
