  Great apartment in a great location

  Beautiful apartment in a great location. Andrea was a super host. Helped us with parking - gave us a lift back to the apartment - and gave great advice on places to eat and shop.

  We loved this modern & comfortable apartment in a historic building in the central Perugia.

  A wonderful, modern, comfortable apartment in central Perugia. Netflix & YouTube on tv, 5 min walk to supermarket, fantastic views, very close to the main tourist areas. Our host Andrea was extremely helpful.

  ​Overpriced and overrated 🙄

  Pros: • Friendly host (makes sense, it's his business! :) • Beautiful view, but who stays inside staring out the window when there's so much to explore? :) • Great location. • The apartment is quite spacious. • Easy access with suitcases since the apartment is on the ground floor.

  Cons: • Definitely way too expensive for the room and amenities compared to reality. • No self check-in option for those who prefer total privacy. • Loud until the morning due to nearby bars and shouting people, though this might not be a downside for everyone. • Terrible air conditioning – extremely noisy, can’t sleep, and it fails to cool down the room. The entire place feels stuffy and lacking fresh air. • The walls are dirty and scratched up in some places. • The paint on the window frames is peeling and scratched. . • The chairs were dirty and stained, and the table was all scratched up. • Poorly equipped kitchen. • A small fridge that doesn’t cool very well. • The apartment was full of dust, even right above the bed. • The mattress and sofa were highly uncomfortable. • No bedside tables; instead, there are some disgusting, furry poufs standing there. • No enough storage space. • No vacuum cleaner. • No trash bags provided. • No washing machine and no dishwasher. • No mop, broom, or cleaning cloths. • No proper ironing board-just a tiny, stained, dirty one that’s barely good enough for ironing socks. • Dirty, disgusting shower with revolting yellow and black stains in the corners – a complete breeding ground for bacteria, mold, and fungus. • The shower drain is so poor that you end up standing ankle-deep in your own filth. • The sink drain is so terrible that dirty water just floats around while you’re washing or shaving. • No towel hooks/hangers.
