    Stunning old town base that feels classic despite having modern and comfortable finishes.

    Incredible 3 level apartment in the heart of the old town. Right near the water in the thick of the best part of the old town, but on a quieter street so its not so noisy, especially with the windows closed. Delightful balcony and rooftop to enjoy the atmosphere. Well equipped, and everything was in great condition. Absolutely loved it. Right across the street from a fantastic sandwich shop, multiple restaurants within 100m, and 3 mins to walk out to the rocks for a swim in Porta Vecchia in the morning/evening!

    Perfect comfort and stylish elegance

    Excellent location in the old town, close to the sea and the restaurant area, in the charming town of Monopoli. Spacious house on two levels plus terrace. Exceptionally decorated with old furniture. Modern amenities in bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect cleanliness. Antoanella, our host, was a real help in finding parking - 5 min walk - and gave us all the information we needed. It is good to know that if you stay in houses in the old town, they can be on several levels and you have stairs to climb, but that is the charm of these houses. In Italy and France the bathtub/shower can sometimes be separated from the toilet, in different rooms.
