Property has potential once it's improved both inside and out.

    Property does not provide breakfast.

The property needs to be renovated both inside and out. Beds need to be replaced.

Cool place to stay in the midst of coolness.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the cool parts of town. Rental bikes on premises, snacks, a good vibe. Walk to the beach or great local restaurants or Dairy Queen.

Odd lighting in the bathroom left the shower in the dark.
