    Ótimo custo-benefício

    Ótimo custo-benefício. Padaria (com buffet de café da manhã e almoço) e supermercado a 10 min de caminhada do flat. Tbm da pra ir andando até o shopping (uns 20min). Quarto limpo e confortável. Vista maravilhosa do mar.

    Apenas dos elevadores do prédio. Pelo que uma moradora falou, eles estavam sendo renovados. Aí cada dia era um q estava funcionando e as vezes demorava muito pra chegar no andar.
