A surcharge of 30,00 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A luggage storage service have a fee of 10 EUR. The use of the washing machine is free for the first wash lasting a maximum of 60 minutes, each further wash costs €4. The washing machine is managed by us via wifi, we can see the number of washes carried out and if the washing time is increased, in this case the washing machine will block with the clothes inside and it will not be possible to recover them unless through our intervention. It is therefore advisable to notify each time you use it and to set a short wash with a full load. (NO WASHING SHOES!)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
