Der perfekte Ort um sich wohl zu fühlen in Como
Mery & Nick waren herausragende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in Le Storico sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt in der Stadt alles ist perfekt fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war herausragend habe noch nie so ein tolles Apartment gebucht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt wir können es wärmstens empfehlen !

Wunderschön, freundlich und modern
Wir haben eine wunderbare, charmante, geschmachkvolle, saubere und moderne Wohnung im "Herzen von Como", vergleichsweise ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, und angenehm zurückhaltende Gastgeber vorgefunden, mit denen die Kommunikation sehr erfreulich verlief. Besonders die kleine Terrasse vor der Wohnung hatte es uns angetan. Es war nicht immer komplett leise, aber für eine Innenstadtlage war es schon außergewöhnlich ruhig. Zweieinhalb Fußminuten zu einem guten Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale "vor der Tür". Trotz einiger Defizite, die zumeist bauliche oder technische Gründe haben, muss es hier eine 10 von 10 geben! Danke für alles!
Es gibt sie natürlich, die sogenannten Mäkel. Im Erdgeschoss gelegen, erreicht die Wohnung kaum Tageslicht. Insofern braucht man auch tagsüber Kunstlicht. Da wir es aber mit einer sehr unübersichtlichen (inflationären) Lichtschalterregelung zu tun hatten, mussten wir mehr tüfteln und ausprobieren, als uns lieb war. Die Klimaanlage war - wie die meisten Klimaanlagen - nicht sehr gut zu bedienen. Dringender Hinweis: Parken ist eine Katastrophe! Das nicht sehr nahe gelegene Parkhaus "Jasca" kostet 48 Euro für 24 Stunden und die etwas billigeren Parkplätze am Bahndamm sind heiß begehrt. Es ist möglich, vor die Wohnungstür zu fahren, um auszuladen oder zu beladen (wird wohl geduldet), aber innerhalb von 20 Fußminuten rund um die Altstadt von Como haben wir KEINE Möglichkeit gefunden, kostenlos zu parken (19 h - 8 h ist gratis!) Achtung: Auch sonntags muss bezahlt werden.
