Si no hay incidencias siempre va bien, cuando falla algo, el anfitrión debe estar a la altura
La decoración y la ubicación
Se fue el agua y no pudimos asearnos, el anfitrión no se preocupó si volvió o no el agua durante nuestra estancia, no realizó seguimiento de la incidencia. Únicamente nos indicaba que no era un hotel sino un apartamento. Cuando se gestiona un alojamiento turístico se debe atender al alojado aunque no dependa la incidencia directamente intentando gestionar la experiencia del alojado. Cuando las cosas van bien, todo genial, pero cuando hay un problema o una incidencia, no ha respondido. Lamentable.

A lovely and comfortable stay in the heart of Málaga.
Excellent location right in the centre of Málaga. The apartment was bright, spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well equipped, and it was easy to walk everywhere.

The door entrance was sensitive we locked ourselves out but the contact person was very responsive and got us in.
