Peaceful location within easy reach of many of Romes famous sites!
It was in walking distance of many sites but was a quiet relaxing haven for us too. Our host was amazing - nothing was too much trouble.
For some the two flights of stairs with no elevator would find this hard.

Wonderful,quiet appartment in the historic heart of Rome.
The location is unbeatable ! Just a few minutes from Piazza Navona at one end of the street and Ponte Sant Angelo at the other. But the most amazing thing is, that despite Via de Coronari being one of the busiest - and most photographed - shopping streets in Rome, the apartment was so quiet ! It always came as a surprise to step out of the front door every morning to find that all human life was there ! The other best thing about the appartment - apart from the wonderful cake that Frederica left us and which lasted over a week - was the large and extraordinarily comfortable double bed. I shall miss it when I get home.
It would have bee nice to have a dustpan and brush and a washcloth. However, the appartment was spotless and the charming Antoinetta arrived mid-visit and soon restored the place to its pristine state. Also, it is important to know that the appartment is up a lot of stone steps and if like my wife and I you struggle with your mobility (she sprained her ankle just before we left!) You migjt find this difficult. I should add that Frederica kindly asked her son ( thank you, Manfredi !) To help us with our cases at the end of our stay.
