    Great Location but Extremely Noisy at Night If you're looking for a place right in the heart of Florence this is a great location. However if you also value peace and quiet at night you might want to consider other options. The property is located in an old traditional building so don't expect luxury accommodation. There are also around 15 steps to climb before reaching the elevator which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. The room itself was decent but there was no sofa or comfortable seating area to sit and relax. Slippers and toothbrushes were initially missing but were provided after we requested them. There was also only one iron shared among all the rooms which had to be requested each time. The biggest downside was the excessive noise at night. There were loud parties in the building that continued well past midnight making it almost impossible to relax or get a proper night's sleep. Overall the location is excellent but the lack of peace and quiet significantly affected our experience.

    Lindo habitación pero instalaciones, (se goteaba una hacha )

    La ubicación buena

    No contestaban los mensajes, no nos recibió nadie, internet no anduvo en los 4 días tenía que salir a trabajar a un bar. Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones de costado y arriba tuvimos que subir a pedir silencio en dos oportunidades no podíamos descansar. El aire se apagó por la noche y no teníamos ventana para abrir.
