Fantastisch
Allereerst de warme en super service gerichte ontvangst door Nicola. Hij heeft ons perfect geholpen met parkeren. Daarnaast een super uitleg over Matera en de optimale manier om alle schoonheden te ontdekken. De locatie minder in het centrum is fantastisch. Je staat letterlijk met een half been in de Sassi. Slapen in een grot woning voelde echt heel bijzonder en blij dat we dit hebben mogen ervaren.
Het nadeel van zo’n centrale ligging is dat je altijd geluid van buiten zult ervaren. De bar naast de grotwoning is relatief stil. We hebben meer hinder ervaren van het restaurant boven de grot woning en de airco of koeling van het restaurant die veel herrie maakt. Let op: dit is geen kritiek want je leeft midden in het centrum. Ben je een moeilijke slapen hou hier dan wel rekening mee.

Immersi nei Sassi :-)
Soggiorno stupendo, in questo monolocale nei sassi in pieno centro a Matera, precisamente nella zona del Sasso Barisano. Accolti da Nicola, super host, che ci ha illustrato con la cartine tutti i punti e i percorsi da fare per vedere bene la città, nel poco tempo a nostra disposizione. Consigliatissimo sia per la posizione che per la soluzione esclusiva e impeccabile. Torneremo di certo. Grazie Nicola

Exceptional
The location was perfect on a walking only street between 2 piazza. Just a few steps and you're into the old part of the city. Best of all your room is a modernized cave. What else could you for in Matera? Photos don't capture special this place is. Host was fantastic.

Great location and spotless clean
- Excellent location, next to the main plaza and yet very quiet at night because it is not facing to the busy street. Many stores and restaurants are in the neighborhood. It is an easy walk to the train station. - Spotless clean with full supply of daily necessities. - I like the clever design of the space and the strategic placement of lightings. I especially enjoyed the shower and a small nook in the shower room. The entire unit looks romantic and mysterious. - Property manager Nicola is amazing. He is kind and responsive. He has passion for his work and it shows.
