Not adequate and no air conditioning

Space was adequate for what we needed & wanted

No air conditioning, with the climate this was expected and only contained fans , washing machine located in the bathroom with a very smelly waste pipe, which made the apartment spell very bad, paint work was poor and the kitchen very dated
