    Camas excelentes e localização espetacular.

    Excelente quarto, muito espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. Camas, travesseiros e lençóis muito confortáveis! Banheiro muito espaçoso e excelente ducha! Check in foi muito simples e a comunicação durante toda a estadia foi ótima! Bairro muito seguro e próximo ao Vaticano, muitos restaurantes e cafés por perto, assim como um bom mercado. Chegamos no aeroporto e pegamos um trem que nos deixou na estação San Pietro, há pouco mais de 300 metros do hotel, o que facilitou o deslocamento na chegada e na partida, e também durante toda estadia.

    The water didn’t get very hot and the water pressure was not strong enough in the shower.

    To sum it up I would not stay here again and considered just cutting out loses and paying for another hotel while we wer

    I liked the location.

    I did not like the building the suites were located in. The elevator was so tiny that it can only accommodate 1 person with 2 suitcases. It also was a little freaky since there was no emergency button inside the elevator so my family of 3 had to continue using the stairs to access the suites which was on the 5th floor. The shower was not draining well and would flood almost instantly after turning the water on, and it seemed that nothing in the suite was stable. The lights on the wall were barely hanging on so that if you touch them they would turn, when sitting on the toilet it would creak and move almost like it would break, and the toilet paper holder was so flimsy it would turn around on the wall every time you touch it. Upon arrival we looked out the balcony and there was just a pile of clothes and trash on the balcony right below us which was just disgusting. I also did not like that the suites were on a building of private residences. The stairway up was eerie, the walls were dirty, the lighting was dingy, and overall I didn’t think the building was described in the booking. I also didn’t like that the suites were in a converted flat.
