Acomodação muito confortável. Estava com familia e um bebê foram bastante atenciosos com nossa chegada. A localização fica mais próximo da estação de trem por isso facilitou nossa chegada. Em relação aos pontos turísticos fica um pouco mais afastado porém mesmo nós que estávamos com uma bebê de 1 ano nao foi nenhum problema pois conseguimos nos deslocar a pé sem nenhum problema, tem uma estação que se pode andar de gôndola muito perto.

Charmante chambre, très bien située dans le Cannaregio.
Chambre supérieure très agréable, avec trois fenêtres donnant sur un canal où passent lentement à hauteur des yeux les gondoles. Unique ! Lit ultra-confortable et gigantesque. Le manager, Matteo, est absolument charmant, efficace et pro-actif. Nous le remercions d’avoir ainsi optimisé notre séjour.
Il faut définitivement installer un système pour retenir la porte d’entrée de la maison qui claque fortement à chaque utilisation. Ceci dit, la maison ne possédant qu’un nombre réduit de chambres, le calme nocturne vient assez rapidement.

Excellent accommodation and location
The staff was super responsive with any questions and provided excellent advice on transport and city tax steps. Amazing location.
The amount of the nightly tourist tax was not noted before arrival, and I was surprised at the amount. I understand it varies on the islands based on location but this should be provided ahead of arrival.
