Really loved staying here and being close to beautiful Lake Como
It's a little tucked away and difficult to find at first, but it's a charming and beautiful smaller hotel right on the lake and we loved the rustic look and vibe of this place. Our first time visiting Lake Como and I really loved being right in the action, close to several restaurants along the lakeside walk. Walking distance to the funicular and all the ferry docks, as well as the shopping areas around Como. Saying it's rustic doesn't mean it's not modern. It has clean, modern amenities and once you get used to getting in and out, you'll love it. There's also a great little buffet breakfast each morning and the friendly staff is happy to make you a cup of cappuccino. Definitely recommend.
The room we were in was at the back of the property and you'll hear a lot of talking from people leaving the bars and restaurants and dozens of cars going by late at night. It didn't bother my wife at all, but it kept me up. My wife also said the shower did a lot of hot and cold, probably because other rooms were showering at the same time.

Miss understanding with Booking.com on number of people. Once we got there we were charged 59.00 per person extra! A little outrageous when we had ordered a 2 king rooms with breakfast. Also promised a lake view in each room which we DID NOT have!

Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet Durch das Video per WhatsApp am Morgen der Anreise auch gut zu finden Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber Die Einrichtung außergewöhnlich Mitarbeitenden sehr nett mit einigen Infos
Unser Zimmer war zu einer „ruhigen Straße“ Dies können wir leider nicht bestätigen, zunächst noch lange laute Musik von den Restaurants, dann immer wieder Verkehr durch die enge Straße direkt am Fenster vorbei Auch die Mülltonnen wurden direkt unterm Fenster geleert (Sonntag) Die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht (aber wir wollen nachts ein geöffnetes Fenster) kein erholsamer Schlaf Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber kein Hotelniveau Einfache Brötchen, abgepackte Marmelade und Honig (aber frische Früchte) Viele Treppen Das Haus riecht extrem nach raumduft Täglich gefragt zu werden bei dem Preis ob das Zimmer gemacht werden soll, hielten wir für überflüssig Garage direkt ggüber aber mit 40€ / Tag teuer
