The best value and location to price ratio in Playa del Carmen.
The best value for your money in Playa del Carmen. This is my second time staying here and I am always satisfied with the location and the facilities, with those extra rooms and the balcony to relax at night with a cld beer.
Not a biggie, but there was still toothpaste residue from the last visitor at the sink, it means it was not properly cleaned.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, tienes cerca muchas cosas , la limpieza de la habitación siempre estuvo muy buen trabajo por las amas de llave , el baño súper , si hay agua caliente.
No me gustó que no hay privacidad en la habitación, yo en lo personal contraté la habitación de hydromasaje y los de arriba me aventaron latas , luego a lado hay construcción y me aventaron cemento hay mucho ruido por la construcción, de ahí en fuera todo perfecto

The room was large and so was the bathroom. The AC was great.
Things that were not as advertised. The balcony has no view only a building 2 feet from the railing. The pool was about the size of 2 bath tubs.. toaster and coffee pot did not work without holding the tops down. Room plugs on the walls did not hold a US plug. They kept falling out and the bedside did not work at all. The room is very dark.
