This place must have been great when it was new but clearly it's been poorly maintained and serviced, I wouldn't
Location and size of sites is the only positives I can think of this place.
Cleanliness: were already had 3 different suites pre-booked for two different stays on the same Mexico trip. We thought the first one could've been an outlier so we came back the second time. It wasn't an outlier, the second time (1 night) was as dirty and poor service that we ended up cancelling the 3rd stay. Surfaces had a thick layer of dust and dirt that we had to clean ourselves with disinfectant wipes. Floors were also very dusty that we had to ask for someone to do a deep clean. Couches and cushions I wouldn't even seat on, also dirty. Hair on the sheets. In general, I don't think they maintain the property very well. Service: there's no hospitality whatsoever, more like people looking after the door (while always scrolling on their phones) with a really bad attitude. Comfort: beds are tiny, hard and squeaky, towels for two not ready at arrival (twice), flaky internet, when in one of the Penthouses, we could hear convos from the other one from the bedroom. Parking is awful: one single long extremely narrow driveway
