  Wonderful hospitality and genuinely helpful staff I had a lovely experience staying at Sujiwa Ubud Hotel & Villa. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. When I arrived in Bali, there was a petrol shortage crisis, with queues at petrol stations stretching for hours. As I was relying on a scooter to get around, this made the location a little difficult for me. I explained the situation to the staff, and they went far above and beyond what I could have expected. They happily went to considerable effort communicating with Booking.com to help me cancel the remainder of my stay, even though they were under absolutely no obligation to do so. They also arranged a scooter for me for the day with as much petrol as possible, so I wouldn't have to worry about finding somewhere to fill up. Aside from the exceptional hospitality, the breakfast was beautiful, the pool was lovely, and the property itself was a really nice place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm back in Bali and have reliable access to a scooter. A huge thank you to all the staff for your kindness, understanding and genuine hospitality. It was very much appreciated!

  One of our favourite places to stay in Bali! We stayed at Sujiwa Ubud Hotel & Villa last year and loved it so much that we came back again this year. Both times, we ended up extending our stay, which says it all! The staff are amazing—so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. They really make you feel at home and are a huge part of why we enjoy staying here. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious, with daily cleaning to keep everything fresh. No unpleasant smells at all, and there’s a TV too, which is great for a relaxed evening after exploring Ubud. It’s somewhere we feel completely comfortable and always find it hard to leave. We’d happily come back again and highly recommend it. Thank you to all the lovely staff for another wonderful stay!

  Clean rooms, comfortable beds, a la carte breakfast with some good options, helpful staff, quiet area. Good working AC. Cold water provided in the fridge.

  250000 rp per night for extra bed. They even wanted to charge for the little cot the same amount. If you like to be far away from the city center, it is good to relax, otherwise takes 40 min to reach the city center. Only bath tub for the 2 bedroom villa, there is no shower head holder mounted to the wall, so you have to keep it in your hand while taking a shower. No slippers
