    It clean, quiet and comfortable. We arrived very late after and was checked by the security guard- he spoke no English yet did was able to show us everything.

    By vietnamies standards: Its spacious. Has natural light at daytime. Decent soundproofing. Aircon in both rooms. Nice japanese neighbourhood. Equipped well enough. Washing machine with drying function. Heated toilet seat :D Good shower. Clean. Modern. 20 mins away from the crowded old quarter. Which was a plus for us. Atms nearby. Good restaurants. Minimarket. We spent two weeks here. Loved it. Bonus: the host paid for our taxi because we didn't have cash and couldn't pay by card. Thanks for that again.

    Some constructions. But wasn't too loud and in reasonable times. And you have to get used to it if you want to spend time in any bigger vietnamies city anyways. We are bad sleepers and we absolutely hate any noise and was still good enough for us to want to return in the future.
