  Puiki vila. Mes gyvenome vieno miegamojo viloje su baseinu ir vaizdu į vandenyną. Viloje yra didelis šaldytuvas su didele šaldymo kamera. Patogu, kad galima prisišaldyti ledukų ir kaskart nereikia prašinėti, kad juos atneštų. Malonus ir paslaugus personalas. Puikūs nelimituoti pusryčiai. Pakrantėje pilna įvairių kavinių ir restoranų. Rekomenduoju šį viešbutį.

  Smulkmena, kuri nedaro įtakos bendram vertinimui: Vilos terasoje galėtų būti skėtis nuo saulės. Nors terasa suprojektuota taip, kad galima būti pavėsyje, bet norint paslėpti galvą besikaitinant saulėje, teko ieškoti įvairių variantų, kaip pastatyti gultą.

  Amazing place to vacation

  Sumitra was the ultimate place to relax and enjoy. Staff were friendly and kind, rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the property was a perfect location

  Sometimes at the pool staff were slow to provide service and you light be waiting a long time

  Fancy and a great place to stay

  This place is beautiful, lazy river and restaurant are great. Rooms luxurious. Quiet.

  Pools were way too warm, felt like a bath.

  A beautiful, newly built resort with wonderful spa treatments, rooms and facilities.

  It was away from the main drag but also within reach if prepared to walk which we both were. The pool & dining at Sumitra was excellent, staff most attentive & sweet & our Sky Villa spacious & comfortable.

  Some may feel it was a little out but we liked that as it was quieter.

  海岸線末端很安靜舒適，沙灘躺椅很少人（如果又更多樹蔭會更好） ，可以借腳踏車，房間安靜床好睡，按摩也很棒，早餐單點式的超級好吃。

  1. When paying for dinner at the restaurant, I had already provided my room number, but the 10% membership discount and IDR 200,000 accommodation credit were not applied proactively. I had to clarify the issue several times, which was frustrating. On another occasion, even paying for drinks took an unnecessarily long time. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and ensure that eligible discounts are applied correctly. 2. Although both rooms were booked under the same reservation, they were not located near each other and were even on different floors. This was very inconvenient and inconsiderate.
