    I’d go back to stay in this place. It’s good value.

    Great location! It’s perfectly situated near food and transport (Grab) for easy trips to Khao Takiab or the city. Despite the convenience, it’s impressively quiet with a fantastic pool—ideal for those seeking peace. The extra pillows and blankets were a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

    Maybe the bathrooms and the kitchen can be cleanlier. The equipment in the kitchen is well-used, maybe time to renew them.

    Comfortable stay but noisy neighbours

    Nice space for our family. Good facilities and nice and clean

    The neighbors. Lots of fighting between one couple which got a little scary and we tried to ask security but no one was there. Very noisy people coming in late at night: no control for the property but wanted to note

    Poor quality and grossly overpriced.

    Spacious with nice view but very dated. Location and Summer Building common facilities were fine.

    Tatty and dirty. Floor was so bad we had to clean immediately. Furniture was dated and unkept and lacked any maintenance. Given the price, for a month up front, this was extortionately expensive compared to others in the block which we viewed for less half the price. I would strongly discourage booking this particular apartment. The Condo building, pool and location was good, it was just the state of the apartment and service. We also had to ask for towels and bedding to be replaced -only happened once mid way through. We have been with Booking. Com for years and this was overpriced even in peak season for Hua Hin given the poor standard and a review pricing is needed! Very definitely not value for money by a long way. For our remaining two months we have a beach front 2 bedroom condo in the same area with luxurious high quality fittings and facilities which we sourced locally for half the price.
